Terms of Use
Last updated : July 11, 2026
Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Summiteo platform, available at app.summiteo.com, as well as the rights and obligations of users. Where applicable, they supplement the specific subscription terms. The contracting entity is NEOBIZ (Grenoble Trade and Companies Register 525 402 103, registered office 14 B Traverse du Chalet, 38450 Vif). [To be completed — relationship with the general terms of sale.]
Acceptance of terms
Access to and use of the service imply unreserved acceptance of these terms. By creating an account or using the platform, the user acknowledges having read and accepted them. Summiteo reserves the right to amend these terms; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of use.
Service description
Summiteo is a SaaS platform supporting the digital presence of businesses: SEO optimisation, visibility with language models (GEO), content and site generation, and related features. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to continuous improvement. Some features may depend on third-party services.
Account and access
Use of the features requires the creation of an account through our authentication provider. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their account. Each organisation manages its own members and projects within an isolated workspace.
User obligations
The user undertakes to use the service in compliance with the law and these terms, not to undermine the security or integrity of the platform, and not to generate or distribute unlawful content. The user remains responsible for the content they create, upload or publish through the service. [To be completed — detailed prohibited uses and acceptable use policy.]
Intellectual property
The platform, its brand, software components and graphic elements are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Summiteo or its partners. The user retains the rights to their own content and data, and grants Summiteo the rights necessary to provide the service. [To be completed — precise scope of the reciprocal licences.]
Availability and liability
Summiteo implements reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without guaranteeing the complete absence of interruption. Summiteo cannot be held liable for indirect damages or damages resulting from non-compliant use of the service or from the failure of third-party services. [To be completed — liability limitations and caps after legal review.]
Termination and governing law
The user may stop using the service and delete their account at any time. Summiteo may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms. These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute falls under the competent French courts. [To be completed — detailed termination procedures.]
